Next, you’ve got to let stuff go.
You identify what’s not working for you and then you transform it.
If you can’t transform it, you let it go.
You are meant to be in peace.

One of the big differences between Martha Beck coaching and other coaching programs is that we don’t just start forging ahead and setting goals. We look at the thoughts and belief systems and work to dissolve what is holding our clients back, so they can access their own inner motivation rather than trying to drive themselves by external motivation.
I believe that each person has the key to their own right life within them, and my job as a coach is to help them access and act on that information, not offer advice about what I think they should do.
